Cancellation, Charging, and Wet Weather Refund Policy ;
Cancellation Policy:
a) Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled skateboarding coaching session.
b) Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee, which covers the coach's costs.
c) No-shows, where the client fails to show up for a scheduled session without any prior notice, will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee.
d) Cancellation requests must be made in writing via text message or email to our Scheduling Administrator.Rescheduling Policy:
a) Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to coach's availability.
b) The Coordinator and Head Coach will make best efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee assigned coach availability.
c) Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours' notice will be treated as cancellations, and cancellation fees apply as per the cancellation policy.Wet Weather Refund Policy:
a) In case of wet weather, the scheduling Coach will assess the conditions on the day of the scheduled session and make a decision on whether it is safe and feasible to proceed with the session.
b) If the Coach cancels a session due to wet weather, clients will be provided with a refund for the cancelled session or offered a reschedule to a future session.
c) If the client chooses to cancel a session due to wet weather concerns, the cancellation fee will be waived, and the client will be offered a reschedule to a future session.No-show Due to Medical reasons -
a) No show due to medical reasons requires the stated date Medical Certificate for full refund
b) No-show, where the client fails to show up for a scheduled session without any medical certificate, will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee.
Charging Policy:
a) Session fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the coach.
b) Payment can be made through electronic transfer, or any other mutually agreed upon method.
c) In case of cancellation or no-show, cancellation fees will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
d) The coach reserves the right to adjust session fees with advance notice to the clients.
e) Any outstanding payments or fees will be due and payable upon receipt of an invoice from the coach.Refunds Policy:
a) Refunds will be provided for cancellations made with at least 12 hours' notice or in case of cancelled sessions due to wet weather, subject to coach's discretion.
b) Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any applicable fees or charges incurred by the coach for processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
c) No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice or for no-shows, unless due to extenuating circumstances as determined by the coach.Liability Waiver:
a) Clients are required to register a liability waiver and release of claims during onboarding.
b) The liability waiver will release the coach and Skateboarding Academy Pte Ltd from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the coaching sessions.
c) Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the coaching sessions and must adhere to the coach's instructions and safety guidelines.Changes to Policy:
a) The coach reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation, charging, and wet weather refund policy at any time.
b) Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in writing via text, email or other agreed upon method.
c) Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the most up-to-date policy and abiding by its terms.
By participating in any skateboarding coaching sessions, clients acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this cancellation, charging, and wet weather refund policy.
